What can I upload, and how does it get organised?

You can upload PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and image files, either by drag-and-drop or by forwarding to a dedicated email address. Each document goes through a Staging area where the AI identifies what it is, extracts key data, suggests tags and writes a plain-language summary. You review and approve before it commits to the permanent Vault.
