High-level summary of each monthly update to the Adviisa platform, more commonly referred to as release notes.
July 2026
This release focuses on making everyday work smoother, delivering sharing improvements, and making your company records more reliable.
Company records
Your company information now stays consistent across the platform, even when Companies House data changes. New organisations start with a default business record named after the registered company, giving you a clear place to link documents and reports from day one.
Officer details, beneficial-owner records and identity-document expiry dates now update more reliably. You can also import shareholder registers directly from an Excel file held in your document library.
Documents and projects
Preview is now simply called View, and large documents open more reliably. Shared document views and downloads are more dependable, and documents hold on to their project links properly when restored, updated or moved through approval.
Sharing and communication
Sharing links now carry even stronger privacy protections, including safer handling of passcodes. You can add a personal message to invitation and sharing emails, and both email and in-app notifications are clearer and more useful.
Calendar and everyday usability
Calendar subscriptions now flag organisations you cannot access so they can't be selected by mistake. Recurring event changes are more dependable, and calendar and project search results are easier to navigate by keyboard.
The Dashboard now remembers your Recent Activity sorting and display preferences. The Inbox and Pending Approval screens are more stable, with better ordering and less flicker. Forms and common actions have been simplified with clearer labels and fewer unnecessary prompts.
Accessibility has been improved throughout, including clearer buttons, better keyboard navigation and more reliable screen reader support.
Behind the scenes
Audit records are richer. We have also invested further in automated testing, security monitoring and release safeguards. You won't see these directly, but they make every future update safer and easier to recover from if something goes wrong.

Document preview for everything. You can now preview PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image and text files directly in Adviisa, without downloading them first. "View ID" is now "Preview ID" and opens the document preview properly.
Better, safer public sharing. Shared documents now show richer detail, while making sure recipients only see the information relevant to them.
Refreshed emails. Invite and notification emails have a cleaner look with embedded Adviisa branding.
Clearer audit logs. Change history is now easier to read, including before and after values so you can see exactly what changed.
Stronger access controls. Improved handling of revoked, banned and no-access users.
Protection against accidental data loss. New unsaved-changes warnings prompt you before you lose work.
Smoother inbox flow. After you approve or reject a file, Adviisa now moves you straight to the next one. Inbox status tags also update in real time and link straight to the relevant item, so you can see ingestion progress as it happens.
Smarter ID handling. A date of birth extracted from an ID document now carries through automatically to the document record.
Consistent feedback button. The feedback button now behaves the same way everywhere in the app.
Alongside these, this release includes various bug fixes and technical enhancements under the hood.
