Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access control, granular permissions and detailed audit logs. Every action - uploads, edits, shares, comments, downloads - is captured in an immutable audit trail, so you can always see who did what and when.

We use industry-leading best practise both in terms of software development and hosting to ensure that the platform and your data is as secure as possible.

We are Cyber Essential certified and are currently on track to gain full ISO 27001 certification by the end of 2026.
